It Onsite Technician

Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our client's locations. The mission has a duration of 1 or 2 months.

Minimum Requirements18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and their deploymentExperience in onsite support and using a ticketing systemExperience with Google collaboration suite, GMail, Google Drive, Google MeetExperience with Print Service (MPS), configuration, and management of mobile phones (Apple and Android) through VMWare WorkspaceTechnical level English knowledgeAvailability to join the project for a duration of 1-2 monthsResponsibilitiesInvestigate and troubleshoot issues related to end-user devices/applicationsInstallation of user devices and applicationsTroubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing systemConfigure mobile devices (Apple and Android) through VMWare WorkspaceAsset managementJoin UsHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
