Minimum Qualifications:Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and their deploymentExperience in onsite support and ticketing systemExperience with Google collaboration suite, GMail, Google Drive, Google MeetExperience with Print Service (MPS), configuration and management of mobile phones (Apple and Android) through VMWare WorkspaceCustomer-oriented approachTechnical level English knowledgeAs a Hemmersbach Technician, you will make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. Direct customer contact will involve various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support.
