JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Officer to manage and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, providing technical support, and implementing new technologies to enhance our business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networksProvide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issuesAssist in the management of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completionMonitor and optimize system performance, security, and backupsStay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in IT support or a related fieldStrong knowledge of computer systems and networks, including Windows and Linux environmentsFamiliarity with hardware components, troubleshooting, and repairsExperience managing IT projects is a plus Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer service-oriented mindsetRelevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Cisco, etc.) are a plus
