It Officer (On-Site | Bgc, Taguig)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Officer to manage and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, providing technical support, and implementing new technologies to enhance our business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues
Assist in the management of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion
Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and backups
Stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, including Windows and Linux environments
Familiarity with hardware components, troubleshooting, and repairs
Experience managing IT projects is a plus

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service-oriented mindset
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Cisco, etc.) are a plus
