IT Manager, Insurance - BCG Platinion Badajoz What You'll Do
Work closely with client's leadership teams to understand key challenges and define IT strategies
Deploy customized IT strategies and digital platforms leveraging tools like cloud computing, AI, blockchain
Evaluate and coach clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk
Develop convincing IT strategies, concepts, and solutions
Lead diverse consulting teams, provide thought leadership and team mentoring
Contribute to Practice Area development and build BCG brand as a digital leader
What You'll Bring
At least 10 years of IT Strategy and consulting experience
Experience from a top consulting firm with IT implementation and strategy projects
Experience in the Insurance domain and with emerging technologies
Strong analytical, conceptual skills, and customer focus
Expertise in Agile environments, legacy modernization, and modern technology approaches
Ability to drive operational excellence, present project results to C-Level, and organize workshops
University degree in STEM or business management
Fluency in Spanish & English
