IT Manager, Insurance - BCG Platinion Alcorcón, Community of MadridWhat You'll Do- Work closely with client's leadership teams to understand challenges, define IT strategies, and lead BCG case team members- Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture leveraging tools like cloud computing, AI, blockchain- Evaluate and coach clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk, maintain client expectations- Develop specialized knowledge to solve clients' problems, lead diverse consulting teams, and contribute to Practice Area developmentWhat You'll Bring- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Strategy, consulting, software development, or IT project management- Experience from a top consulting firm, leading IT implementation and strategy projects- Experience in the Insurance domain, leveraging emerging technology within insurance- Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills, customer focus, experience with C-Level decision-making- Expertise in Agile environments, legacy modernization, modern technology approaches- Ability to drive operational excellence, present project results to C-Level, facilitate client meetings- Strong business acumen, university degree in STEM or business management, fluent in Spanish & EnglishBCG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
