We are recruiting for Local IT Systems Administrator based in MADRID Office.The Local IT Systems Administrator is responsible for administration and management of company IT infrastructure, which includes: servers, client devices, Active Directory, Office 365 and other cloudplatforms and everything in scope of "User Support and Services" IT function.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and manage Windows-based platforms including Workstations and MicrosoftWindows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy and Office 365 cloud servicesOnboarding new employees including imaging new workstations utilizing Microsoft SCCMServe as escalation point for L2 end user issuesCoordinate with 3rd party vendorsAdminister and manage Hardware Asset Management solutionPartner with the IT Management team and participate in IT infrastructure projectsComplete project tasks timely and communicate progress or issuesUnderstand open problems / issues and communicate workaroundsCreate and maintain technical documentationUtilize ticket tracking system to document all support incidents, problems, and requestReport metrics and KPIsITIL based Incident life cycle management and Change managementOthers, in scope of "User Support and Services" IT function.Support and monitoring of company IT infrastructure, which includes client devices, networkand peripheral devices, servers and reporting alarmsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Fluent in Spanish and EnglishCustomer relationship development and influencing skillsExcellent written communication skills with corporate etiquetteStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and autonomy.Capability to self-motivate, work independently and taking ownership of job responsibilities.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.A strong working knowledge of ITIL Request, Incident, Problem and Change ManagementdisciplinesHardware/Software/OS troubleshootingUnderstanding protocols and services including IPv4, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.Good understanding of network hardware management including cisco hardware.Strong understanding of user authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), permissions, andencryption.Active Directory User Management including Group Policy Management, NTFS Permissions.Strong knowledge of VPN configuration and usageStrong knowledge of printers and printer management configurationGood knowledge of client endpoint protection productsMicrosoft cloud (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange online) or other cloudproducts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
