Key responsibilities: Leading and managing 6 to 8 technology professionals across different small teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Ensuring the efficient delivery and support of enterprise-level solutions such as Microsoft 365 suite, Jira, and Workday (HCM and Finance). Working closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and directors, to understand their needs and how best to meet them with enterprise solutions.
