We are looking for an IT Manager to join our pre-opening team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, set to open in Spring 2025.As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the Information Systems, Communications, and Multimedia Systems of the Hotel.The IT Manager will be responsible for the following:IT Systems administrationHW administrationBackups controlTelephone systems network administrationEquipment maintenancePABX: To control failures and communicate to supportive supplier.Mobile telephone: To apply for new lines, control expenses, and send report to finance, HW configuration, failures management.SW applications administrationInstallation together with suppliersUpgrading and hotfix applyEnd user support coordinationEnsure all applications work correctly and efficientlyEnsure the admin and guest networks work properlyDetect and fix failures together with suppliersSupport for network HW replacementDesktop supportDesktops and Laptop maintenance (HW-SW)Support to end usersIT new projects coordinationTraining coordination together with L&D ManagerImplementation follow upWhat are we looking for?Degree holder or a master's degree in IT&TStrong knowledge and ability to provide general IT and consumer electronics hardware/software technical supportPrioritisation and organisational skills necessary to meet deadlines and project execution.Able to deliver high-quality customer serviceExcellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills both written and spoken, in Spanish and English.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasksKnowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
