Technical Support: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for internal users. System Maintenance : Help maintain computer systems, network devices, and other IT infrastructure. Software Installation : Assist with installing, configuring, and updating company software and applications. Documentation: Support the IT team in documenting processes, network configurations, and troubleshooting steps. IT Security: Assist in implementing security best practices, including antivirus software installation, updates, and system backups. Inventory Management : Help manage and organize IT equipment, including hardware inventory and tracking. Troubleshooting : Respond to IT helpdesk requests and provide timely solutions for common issues related to computers, printers, networks, etc. Project Support: Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, network improvements, and new technology implementations. What are we looking for? Education:Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced English Previous experience is not required Be able to sign an internship agreement with the university Technical Knowledge : Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and common software applications. Network Basics: Understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and Wi-Fi setup. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve technical issues efficiently. Attention to Detail: Ability to work carefully and accurately in maintaining systems and records. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist users with technical issues. Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiasm for learning about new technologies, systems, and IT best practices.
