Leadership & Coordination: Ability to oversee team tasks, serve as the site contact, and manage stakeholder expectations with proficiency.Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams, along with in-depth knowledge of mobile devices (iPhone/iPad, Android).Project Management: Experience in leading small projects and coordinating with regional offices to achieve team objectives.Certification & Skills: ITIL certification preferred; knowledge of iManage (for legal sector roles) and ServiceNow for ticketing and task management.Language Skills: Native Spanish language proficiency and strong command of English for effective communication in bilingual environments.IT Infrastructure: Foundational understanding of Servers, Switches, Routers, and Data Center hardware for general troubleshooting.Mobile Device Support: Experience in supporting mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) and video conferencing units.Networking: Experience in diagnosing and resolving LAN/WAN connection issues, along with basic data/voice cabling.Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using SCCM for software deployment, updates, and Intune for mobile device management. What will be your mission? Oversee Analyst-level duties, providing Level 2 technical support and resolving complex technical issues.Distribute, prioritize, and monitor team tasks, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of incidents and requests.Serve as the primary point of contact for site operations, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.Ensure compliance with SLA and KPI requirements, and escalate issues when necessary to meet service standards.Lead small projects, manage schedules, and maintain a high level of service quality to meet organizational objectives.Coordinate with other IT teams, both regionally and globally, to optimize support operations and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with other IT services, including Data Center and Network Infrastructure teams, for comprehensive support.Perform maintenance and troubleshooting in Server Equipment Rooms (SER) and Main Equipment Rooms (MER), ensuring optimal conditions.Conduct installation, maintenance, and upgrades for equipment and associated infrastructure.Run diagnostic tests to proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Manage SLA and KPI requirements to maintain high-quality support and customer satisfaction.Utilize remote support technologies such as Remote Desktop, Apple Remote Desktop, and VNC for efficient troubleshooting.
