We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Engineer to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our Client's international offices. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the client's global systems, handle IT support, and contribute to the stability and security of the technical environment.If you thrive in a dynamic, global workplace and enjoy troubleshooting and improving IT processes, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the construction, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including network equipment, servers, and integrated wiring for international offices.System Stability: Ensure the safe and stable operation of computer room engineering and network systems, supporting office users worldwide.Office Terminal Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware issues for office terminals such as computers and printers.Global IT Support: Provide 24/7 technical support for international users, handling hardware, network, and desktop issues. Familiarity with ITSM systems and ITIL processes is essential.Documentation & Standardization: Develop technical support documents, build an IT knowledge base, and work towards standardizing IT services.Service Improvement: Regularly report and analyze technical issues to improve the quality and efficiency of IT support services.Qualifications:Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in overseas office network setup and desktop support.Technical Expertise: Proficient in computer network technologies and experienced with routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
