SummaryDetailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Provide technical support and perform maintenancePerform service monitoring and reportingExplore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement, projects and morePerform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of related equipment, software and servicesTroubleshooting & problem resolving skillsGood Communication (both oral and written) and documentation skills.In-depth knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment. Linux and other mainstream OS knowledge will be helpful.Fundamental knowledge of networking conceptsFundamental knowledge of infrastructure service management & diagnostic tools and processesFundamental knowledge of end-point security management tools and processesPhysical DemandsDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.Typical ExperienceEntry level to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.Typical EducationTwo or Three Year Community College Diploma or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
