Verisure, operating under two brand names (Securitas Direct & Verisure) is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Team Leader for HR & Internal Communication IT Department.
The role will part of a growing and talented Technology Team and will report directly into our IT Central Services Manager.
This is a critical role that will help the Technology organization in the development and integration of the final customer application, used to manage the world's most advanced and intuitive smart alarm product suite.

Main responsibilities: Responsible for the interlocution and management with HR & Comms business areas and other IT Teams such as Architecture and Security teams, for countries involved in each application.
Working daily with them as responsible for the final customers Application development.
Knowledge of the nature of their clients' business and be able to speak their language.
Knowledge of HR & Internal communication final Customer processes.
Be able to understand our final customer needs and work on providing a best-in-class Application for them.
Be able to understand and rationalize business needs, helping to prioritize them and negotiating based on the IT budget for the program.
Supported by their team, this person will be responsible for achieving deadlines, budget, scope and quality of the initiatives agreed with the customer.
Knowledge of the architecture of the applications on their platforms.
Be aware of the issues that affect the E2E vision in their business platforms, guaranteeing the management of problems.
In charge of a mixed team of both external and internal team members and responsible for the growth and development of the team.
Be familiar with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint platforms.
In an international context, cross team collaboration and continuous prioritization is a must, the Team leader guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices and eventually become self – organized.
Communication and negotiations with both technical and business team will be part of daily tasks: Remove impediments and facilitating getting the work done in a servant leader role.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Location: Permanent hire will be based in Madrid, with possibility to work remotely 2 days/week.
Candidate profile Experiences and Qualifications: We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure's growth and organizational transformation goals.
As result, we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will combine great time management skills as well as an analytical mind-set.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as operational enabler.
Masters or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or IT related background.
+10 years of probable experience in IT, achieving a clear picture of an Enterprise IT landscape, managing SW development teams.
Experience on a demanding Production Service environment.
Proved experience in running Agile Methodologies and lead teams in this context.
Experience as a Global PO (preferred) or Product Owner role.
High-class communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English (C1).
Will be a plus, but not a must: HR & Com systems knowledge (Workday, Phenom, Staffbase, Azure, Web Solutions, SEO - Analytics).
Knowledge of development methodologies, control version tools, integration/continuous delivery and quality assurance (GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, SONAR, JUnit, etc).
DDBB (SQL, Oracle).
Java.
Microservices, K8.
Jenkins, Phyton, Docker, JSON, HTML5.
Competencies: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong willingness to learn.
