What you will do? Provide first level support to local and remote workstationsAnalysis, management and/or escalation of IT related incidents (Service Now)Walk customers through problem solving processFollow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolutionKeep up to date on the latest technologies for the businessWork in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with other departmentsCollaborate with many good citizenship, environment and diversity initiatives and be part of the teams promoting these initiativesWhat we require?
