We are currently hiring an experienced IT Helpdesk for our HQ in Málaga.
If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk, we would like to hear from you!
Requirements A valid work permit for Spain Availability to work from our Málaga office Native or near-native level of English (written and spoken) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Management or similar Excellent communication skills with attentive listening, clear writing and reporting Outstanding organizational skills with a proactive 'can do' attitude Able to work in a confidential and secure deadline-driven work environment Flexible team player Duties Provide technical support and assistance across the company Respond promptly to service issues and requests Resolve both hardware and software computer problems Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners, update firmware, etc.
