Through our businesses such as Corporate Life & Pension, Zurich International, Cover-More, Zurich LiveWell, we focus on customer needs in travel, health and wellness, cyber and employee benefits.Your roleAs an IT Governance Project Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:Supporting the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the alignment of Zurich Global Ventures IT strategy with business objectives.Ensuring Zurich Global Ventures technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.Working with Zurich Global Ventures teams driving the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third Party Governance.Coordinating with Zurich Group entities such as Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit.Ensuring timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting to senior management identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.Supporting Zurich Global Ventures teams by streamlining relevant processes for faster platforms time to market.Your Skills and ExperienceAs an IT Governance Project Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:Technical skills:Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT (e.G., GDPR, SOX)Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-makingInterpersonal skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder managementAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience:Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or specialized certifications can be a plus.5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a governance or compliance role.Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), or COBIT
