What will you do? Make an impact! Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to these, with partners or internally depending on the project.Global Team Coordination: Lead and manage international cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, to deliver projects effectively.Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, sponsors, and team members.Change Management: Manage the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes across the organization.Logistics: Facilitate & organize workshops for training, requirements gathering, and project follow-up.Reporting: Hierarchically report to the Global CIO and be part of the creation of program and project charters.Do you have what it takes? Project Manager, Engineering, Business, Technology or IT degree, or other relevant field of study.5+ years of experience as an IS/IT Project Manager oriented to execute projects successfully, within high-quality standards, on time and on budget.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience in large SAP implementations full life cycle.Experience managing both business applications and technology projects.Experience in global SAP template and S4Hana rollouts is a plus.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proven experience managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and staying within budget.Understanding of project financials (OPEX, CAPEX, budget, vendors, etc.) for cost management purposes.What's in for you?
