In-depth knowledge of BackOffice and Collateral functions, including fixed income products, margin management (initial and variation), trade capture, lifecycle management, settlements, SWIFT messaging, confirmations, reporting, and reconciliations.
Calypso Functional knowledge and expertise in configurations on the tool: trades, transfers, and workflows, static data filters, message set up, domain values, schedule tasks, etc.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, manage, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Communication Client Orientation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
