We are seeking an IT Financial Analyst with C2-level English and 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team.You will play a pivotal role in driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic IT initiatives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.? Location and Schedule: Hybrid in Barcelona, with 1-2 remote days per week.Flexible hours, with summer intensive schedule (July and August).What Will You Do?
Develop, manage, and monitor IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.Oversee procurement processes, purchase orders, and goods receipts.Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align forecasts with actual expenditures.Provide clear financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.Take full ownership of departmental budgets, ensuring no unexpected overruns.? Required Skills and Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Power Point is a plus.In-depth knowledge of IT budgeting, financial control, and procurement processes.Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data for diverse audiences.Self-driven, process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.Languages: C1/C2-level English (proficiency is essential).What We Offer: €1,200 annual training budget (certifications, books, courses, etc.
