It Field Technician - Onsite Support

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar positionExperience in the resolution of technical incidents on-site and at the user locationDriving license mandatory (car is desirable)Microcomputing environment, mobile devices, H/W and networksNative Spanish, high level of EnglishGood communication skills, good presence and easy to deal with usersAs a Hemmersbach Field Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support:
Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)Diagnose and resolve incidents with regards to Network and Computer devicesMicrocomputingAnalyse errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active DirectoryTroubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing systemBe part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
