As a Hemmersbach Field Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support neatly describes the position.
Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support at customer locations within geographical regions.Diagnose and resolve incidents related to network and computer devices.Perform microcomputing tasks.Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.Provide Hands & Eyes support.Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
