The hotel is distinguished by its sophisticated design, world-class amenities, and impeccable service.We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Engineering Manager to join the team and ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of theIT infrastructure and systems.The IT Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems and networks function efficiently and reliably. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating with other departments, and implementing best practices to maintain the highest standards of data security, functionality, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management.Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure and systems improvements.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and address any technical issues promptly.Operational Management:Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring all IT-related tasks are completed efficiently.Implement and monitor IT maintenance programs to ensure all systems and networks are in optimal condition.Manage emergency IT repairs and respond to technical requests from other departments in a timely manner.Project Management:Plan and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and network enhancements.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with IT security and quality standards.Compliance & Security:Ensure all IT activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.Conduct regular security training for the IT team and implement procedures to maintain a secure IT environment.Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to protect the hotel's data and systems from threats.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.Strong knowledge of IT systems, including network infrastructure, server management, cybersecurity, and software applications.Proven experience in project management and leading a team of IT professionals.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle IT emergencies effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
