It Engineer

IT Engineer.
Barcelona and Madrid.
Temporary contract.
This position is an initial 3-month temporary contract and will be split between Barcelona and Madrid.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to travel to both sites.
As an IT Engineer you will work with a global organisation to manage and support site users and provide desktop infrastructure support.
You will work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure that all IT related are being resolved.
You will support with user devices, including image management, application deployment, incident management.
You will provide 2nd line support to resolve tickets and liaise with 3rd parties to resolve issues when require.
You will be responsible for device deployment and management Essential experience: The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience, certifications in IT Service Management and knowledge of ITIL Principles.
Experience working with Cloud technologies and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune (or equivalent MDM Solution), Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS, Android.
