Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.5-7 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs.Proficiency in Digital Commerce Capabilities (e.g., Checkout, Catalogue, Design System, Mobile apps, Authentication, Search & navigation, etc.).Experience with product organizations and agile practices.Leadership skills and track record in developing people, particularly in managing virtual teams.Experience in managing change/transitions and operating in a matrix organization.Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills in a cross-functional environment.Effective communication skills at different levels in the organization and in English.Ability to manage resources and budget for a project.Knowledge in Program Management, Procurement Management, and Portfolio Management.Manage a Digital Commerce portfolio of programs and projects to ensure delivery of expected business cases to the business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality.Structure the program, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control, and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise.Take accountability for the execution of projects and manage program-level risks, quality, and procurement.Lead the program team and ensure program-level resources report directly to you for the execution of program tasks.Engage with key relationships including Business Sponsors, Global/Region Business Solution Managers, Business Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Line Managers, Market IT Managers, PMO Team, and 3rd-party service and solution providers.Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
