Job Title: IT Director for ERP Domain Location: Barcelona, Hybrid Job Description This position will lead IT Management / IT Business Partners strategy to drive long-term functional priorities, deliver framework for systems/ applications, integration and infrastructure deployment in line with overall business strategy, objectives, guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities D emand, Governance, Roadmap Demand and requirements management - interacting with demand owners/ stakeholders, resulting in well qualified requirements for the build/project teams, ensure adequate demand scoping, leveraging SMEs where required .
Collaboration with IT Strategy and governance for the maintenance of the function's roadmap / 3-year plan.
Asset Lifecycle planning, ensuring all required activities and timelines are known, planned for execution, and followed through (including on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based services/subscriptions) High-level function capacity management - identifying and driving remediation of long-term function capacity shortages observed in the planning.
Governance processes & frameworks (continuous improvements, documentation, knowledge management) - ensuring all required frameworks exist, are executed and fit-for-purpose and are aligned with global processes and the operating model.
Support processes for ERP landscape Is accountable for effective support of the services in scope and ensuring restoration of services within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization working with Galderma IT teams and service providers .
Supports teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution and is accountable for communication to stakeholders .
Contributes to IT Service Catalog, setting direction for service introduction and end user support.
Project and Program Delivery Provides leadership to program and project planning.
Translates roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
Accountable and responsible for their domain, ensuring efficient project delivery planning and governance .
Manage and lead function's plan team People management and recruitment tasks .
Strategic and tactical management tasks .

Skills & Qualifications Solid experience in leadership role connected to ERP technologies.
Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes (supply and finance) and user needs, including current trends .
Oracle experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences ).
Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders on fulfilling their demand with the available resources ü .
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables ü .
