Projects are expected to meet the desired business objectives, be delivered on time and within budget. Working in alignment with other IT units, countries, and business stakeholders while effectively collaborating with external parties.Experience5 - 10 years of relevant project portfolio/project management experience in an international environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.Certification in an internationally recognized project management methodology is preferable.Significant experience in managing projects that consist of agile components as well as more traditional project activities.Good understanding of the fundamentals of infrastructure services.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of infrastructure-related projects run by project managers in the Infrastructure Services and IT Operations department.Manage a team of project managers, ensuring they are coached, motivated, and perform to the best of their capabilities.Ensure collaboration within Intrum IT: Development and Operations, Service Architecture, CTO office, as well as countries and business stakeholders.Coordinate projects between Intrum and Vendors, acting as the first escalation point to resolve any blockers or hurdles that could impact project delivery.Actively participate in project management frameworks continuous improvements.Maintain financial control over the infrastructure projects portfolio, including budget planning and track delivery against the budget.Manage and present infrastructure projects portfolio status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.Proactively resolve issues and mitigate project risks from Intrum's side.Language SkillsVery strong verbal and written skills in English.
