IT Delivery Lead is a hands-on techno-functional leadership role, accountable for people, process, delivery, financials & strategy. Responsible for defining strategy, mentoring 15 colleagues in a diverse global delivery team and business enablement. This role will be reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales.
How you will do it Upskill, coach and mentor existing team, identify gaps in expertise and fulfil open roles working closely with talent acquisition team.Refine the operating model and vendor strategy and drive operational excellence.Collaborate with partners to refine the overall vision, mission and strategy of commercial sale processes and technology.Partner with operations, PMO, delivery organisation and IT business partners to ensure tight governance, high velocity and cost-efficient delivery.Demonstrate an understanding of concepts, best practices and functions to implement CRM and CPQ Solutions.Drive values and behaviours to ensure compliance, integrity and financial dedication.Work with remote-working teams based globally.What we look for Required Success in leading diverse teams.Proven expertise in crafting and implementing sales solutions.Experience working on projects with Integrations or data warehouse.Highly organised with strong prioritisation and documentation skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills.Understand trends, new concepts, industry standards and new technologies in commercial sales solutions.Preferred BSc/MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.Prior experience as a developer or similar technical role.Setting up a DevOps team, process and framework.Coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.Our culture At Johnson Controls you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in today's market.
