What You Will DoDevelop an understanding and overall view of the Clearing portfolio of projects, Application setup, and group strategy.Support IT Engineering teams in planning program increments.Develop the role of Project Manager and/or IT Coordinator in key activities and projects that contribute to the success of the Securities Services business.Support Lead Engineers with estimations, governance, and budgeting when needed.Work based in Madrid but within a multi-location team based in Madrid, Barcelona, and Zurich. Availability to travel sporadically.What You BringA minimum of 3 years of experience in project/service management, ideally in the financial industry.Previous experience in the IT area, working in project tracking, governance, processes management, or in IT consultancy.Good communication skills as well as systematic and accurate working methods.Certified experience with agile methodologies, Scrum Master or similar.
