To reinforce our IT team, we are looking for an IT&Data Sub-Cluster Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT&Data Sub-Cluster Manager to lead our regional IT&Data team. You will ensure the highest standards of support service and security, collaborating closely with various departments to develop and implement strategic IT solutions.
Mission and Key Tasks

Lead a team of IT&Data professionals across multiple locations (Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Ukraine).
Develop and implement IT&Data strategies in collaboration with other departments.
Manage local and regional projects, ensuring they meet budget, quality, and deadlines.
Ensure system performance and security compliance in line with corporate standards.
Act as a business partner to plant and general managers, providing counsel on IT solutions.
Drive the adoption of Agile / SCRUM methodologies.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT processes.
Support the organization's growth by implementing the right technology choices.

Background and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT management role.
At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional regional language is a plus.
Proven people management skills with a customer-first mindset.
ITIL Foundation v3 / v4 certification and Agile / SCRUM experience are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, M365, SharePoint, and basic networking concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
