As Parents & Patients Product Owner, you will play a key role in delivering both the IT & Data mission and renew ambition by enabling business growth through technology and data.
Position overview: The Parents & Patients Product Owner is responsible for coordinating and driving the success of IT and Data products & programs within the Parents & Patients space of Danone. This role encompasses program management across pre-defined technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation, prescription management, e-commerce, and others. The primary objective is to create a holistic ecosystem that supports Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Direct-to-Patient (DTP) initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multiple IT & Data teams, including MarTech, Direct Commerce, Digital, Enterprise Architecture and the Specialized Nutrition Unit (SNU), to ensure seamless program implementation.
Key accountabilities, deliverables & KPIs, impact on business results: Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and Data products & programs aimed at parents and patients. Works with IT teams on CMS, marketing automation, prescription management, and e-commerce to ensure the success of Parents and Patients programs. Ensures alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Maintains a comprehensive ecosystem related to direct-to-consumer (DTC) and direct-to-pharmacy (DTP) channels. Coordinates with IT & Data teams in MarTech, Direct Commerce, Digital, EA and SNU. Collaborates on technical implementations, data integration, and process optimization. Encourages alignment and synergy across diverse functions. Builds strong relationships with business partners, IT & Data community and maintains a good external network. Seeks feedback and insights from parents, patients, and relevant community stakeholders. Advocates for patient-centric approaches throughout program development. About you: Do not hesitate to apply if you have... Master's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or Management. Proven experience in IT program management, preferably within the area of DTC and/or DTP. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement tech and data projects. Proven track record of operating effectively within complex and matrixed organizations. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change across multiple teams. DTC and DTP Knowledge: Familiarity with processes, regulations, and industry trends. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Data Literacy: Ability to interpret and use data for decision-making. Change Management: Experience in managing organizational change related to IT initiatives. Vendor Management: Skills in collaborating with external vendors and partners. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
