PLI works in tandem with Mercedes-AMG engineers to co-design the V6 hybrid Formula One engine and develops fuels, lubricants, and functional fluids that power the Silver Arrows. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate all ICT-related topics in the country. Provide local users with support and advice within the European ICT framework and guidelines. Manage local deskside support. Perform roles within the rules and policies defined by the Region and the Group. Collaborate closely with the Regional BA manager to implement BA policies and projects. Work with the Europe Infrastructure manager to implement all infrastructure projects. Ensure timely and effective rollout of all BA/Policies/Procedures, processes defined at Group and/or regional level. Assure ICT-related items are performed according to business requirements. Manage the local Opex Budget under the supervision of the Regional ICT Manager. Manage local demand and suppliers, monitor SLA's, manage escalations, and manage IT communication to the business. Minimum Requirements: Degree in IT Engineering. 5+ years of experience in ICT Management in a multinational company. Experience in IT/OT. Fluent in Spanish and English; any other language (Portuguese, French) is considered an advantage. Strong Microsoft Office skills. 5+ years of experience in SAP Environment or other ERP. Good problem-solving skills. Able to interact with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Excellent communication skills. Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals. Team building and teamwork skills. Budget management experience. People management skills. Analytical ability. Ability to handle several projects simultaneously. Able to work under pressure. Capacity to adapt to a constantly changing environment and to deal effectively with conflicting priorities and deadlines. Exposure to multicultural work environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
