Puesto: The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of all ICT related topics in the country. The person provides local users with support and advice within the European ICT framework and guidelines. Moreover, the person manages the local deskside support.
Performs his/her role within the rules and policies defined by the Region and the Group. Collaborate closely with Regional BA manager to implement the BA policy and projects and with the Europe Infrastructure manager to implement all infrastructure projects. Responsible for the timely and effective roll out in the country of all BA/ Policies/ Procedures, processes defined/decided at Group/ and or regional level. According to the local stakeholders, he/she has to assure ICT related items are performed according to business requirements. Manage in autonomy the local Opex Budget under the supervision of the Regional ICT Manager. Manage local demand and suppliers, monitor SLA's, manage the escalations, manage IT communication to the business. Requisitos: Degree in IT Engineering. ICT Management with 5+ years' experience in a multinational company. IT/OT. Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other language is considered an advantage (Portuguese, French). Strong Microsoft Office skills. 5+ years of experience in SAP Environment or other ERP. Good skills in problem solving. Able to interact with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Excellent communication skills. Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals. Team building and team working. Budget management. People management. Analytical ability. Handling of several projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure. Capacity to adapt to a constantly changing environment and to deal effectively with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
