.The Regional CFO department is responsible for all finance-related topics within the scope of the global CFO - Accounting, Tax & Treasury; Controlling; Legal; Risk and Compliance - for the CTO4 region. The region covers France, Benelux, Iberolatam, Italy, Turkey, and Greece.The Controlling Expert for France supports the Head of Finance for France to ensure steering of financial KPIs of the Az Technology France Subsidiary and supports the AZ France IT business to achieve their financial targets.You willMonitor actuals vs. plan, analyze deviations and their drivers, recommend measures to ensure plan achievement, and track ongoing progress of major projects.Ensure accurate monthly billing and reporting to the Customers.Collaborate with Function Controllers in Munich to efficiently steer the costs, Revenue, and P&L for the scope.Ensure the preparation of financial accounts monthly, e.G., provision calculations; material numbers and cost center reviews etc.Provide financial analysis, reports, and dashboards for various stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly).Track the financial targets within the strategic and operational planning and forecasting processes (long, mid, and short-term perspective).Support and challenge business representatives based on financial analysis and achievement of planned targets.Manage pricing processes, approve prices with supporting calculation, and coordinate transfer pricing compliance.Contribute to guidelines, methods, and best practices for processes and systems in the controlling area.RequirementsFluent in English and French.Higher education degree in finance, business administration, or economics.Minimum 8 years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, or Audit.Experience in an international work environment and dealing with multi-location teams.Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, notably in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills.Good communication skills in a hybrid remote environment.Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trust relationships.Experienced in the application of systems that are relevant for Controlling, e.G., SAP FI-CO/BW.Understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organizations.Living the four Allianz People Attributes: Customer & Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Trust.We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad.We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location)
