We help innovate with impact and we never settle!As a Communication Specialist in this role, you will focus on creating and implementing communication plans centered around tech-innovation stories and events. Your goal is to upskill our employees on the latest innovation trends and technologies. You will create compelling stories that highlight the business value and innovation insights for a non-IT audience. Additionally, you will organize internal events to enhance our employees' understanding of the latest innovation mindsets and trends.What you'll doDevelop communication strategies to drive engagement and adoption of IT Innovation & Enterprise Architecture services and products.Create storytelling initiatives and participate in brainstorming to bring creativity to the Communication Plans.Develop engaging content such as infographics, short videos, social media posts, and emails to support awareness and adoption of services and products.Apply communication management best practices to define communication intent and objectives per target audience.Define the key communication channels for effective message delivery.Design and create feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication.Collaborate closely with innovation managers and tech specialists to create targeted communication plans for different audiences.Drive events and initiatives to enhance tech-innovation capabilities.We offer youWe offer more than just a job. Focus on internal communication/employee communication is an advantage.
