Job IntroductionDACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team on a full-time, hybrid basis in our Bristol office. This role would suit someone who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a 3rd line infrastructure role (or something similar), and who has proven ability to work on multiple projects with varying workloads and priorities.
This role is a 6 month, fixed-term contract. Reporting into the IT Cloud Team Leader, the main responsibility of this role is to provide subject matter expertise on a range of infrastructure technologies in relation to IT requests, issues and incidents, as well as to monitor and maintain the companies infrastructure and provide 3rd line technical expertise on IT projects.

Role ResponsibilityProviding 3rd line technical support for hardware and applicationsImplement new applications and systems as well as improving and maintaining existing systemsManage monitoring and optimisation of system performanceReview capacity requirements and manage capacityDocument and maintain configuration for the design, configuration, routines, processes and toolsIdentify areas for improvement. Recommend solutions based on the technical analysis of business requirements and follow defined best practice guidelines and frameworks E.g.
