This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various teams across the organization. You as our Change Management Expert will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our IT environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our change management processes.In This Role, You Will:Review and Document: Evaluate change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.Risk and Impact: Conduct risk assessments and analyze impacts on systems and services.Plan and Coordinate: Collaborate with stakeholders for effective scheduling, minimizing disruptions.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of change requests, plans, and reviews.Reporting: Generate regular reports on change activities with key metrics.Process Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations in the change management process.Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates throughout the change lifecycle, addressing impacts and issues.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Business or related fields, or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant Change Management experience within a large-scale IT environment.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems, and technologies.Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.Ability to drive and produce monthly reports and KPI dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the process.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with changes.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Extra Skills That Set You Apart:Knowledge of DevOps practices.Not being afraid of "thinking out of the box".Agile and continuous improvement mindset.Understanding of Incident Management and Problem management process.We offer you:We offer more than just a job.
