It Change & Communication Technician (M/F/D)

Nordex Group MISSION

The main purpose of this role is to ensure proper communication across the IT department from a worldwide perspective, both internally and with the rest of the IT business functions in Nordex.

My Tasks

Apply and maintain the main principles and procedures across Nordex IT in terms of Change Management.Evaluate, decide, and select the appropriate type of messages and channels to use depending on the purpose of the communication.Decide the look and feel to introduce in the IT Spaces for a common department image.Evaluate, decide, and select the distribution lists across Nordex to be communicated by IT.Create articles in the Nordex Company group portals related to the IT Department (Intranet, IT&O blog, IT Department spaces).Maintain IT collaboration tools and channels, managing the proper information and documents.Support governance activities related to change and communication management.Drive proactive change and communications to support culture and other major enterprise programs that cross business units and functions to deliver results.Change and Communication Development and Delivery. Design and develop visually appealing graphic content to achieve change and communication strategies and objectives.Develop change and communications strategies that inform, engage, and persuade employees and support overall organizational change initiatives.Your Profile

Qualification: Good knowledge of MS Office applications.High level of commitment and service orientation.Outgoing and open-minded interaction with customers and employees.High degree of ability to work in a team.Organized and structured person, with strong and clear results orientation.Good skills in communication.Complementary Training: Business Change management.Languages: English.Two years of experience in similar positions.Availability to travel.
