WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
You have experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side.
Experience gathering requirements, user stories or use cases.
You have created proper documentation for the projects.
Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment.
WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS? Experience at big companies or complex environments.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German, etc.
Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid environments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs.
Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems.
Use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements.
Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams.
