IT Business Partner Benelux | Santander Consumer Finance SAYour role As an IT Business Partner, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. Your primary responsibility is to align technology solutions with the needs of your assigned business units. You execute this by managing a multi-disciplinary development team, internal- and external stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities: Collaborate and build strong relationships both inside and outside the IT Team to align priorities and deliveries.Manage a multi-disciplinary, multicultural team of IT project managers, testers, and developers.Manage multiple service providers.Establish value management as a strategic organizational capability, ensuring that the business's products, services, and resources meet the specific needs and expectations of the company.Manage different incentives and expectations across all internal and external areas impacting the company, in line with the roadmap.Commit, design, and deliver solutions that drive the greatest possible value and impact.Demonstrate strong communication, management, and collaboration skills.Identify root causes of issues and gaps, and anticipate changes in the external environment.Drive continuous improvement and evolution across the organization.You are Fluent in Dutch and English and located in the Netherlands.Hold a university degree in a relevant field.Have 5+ years of experience in managing team members with different management styles.Possess multiple years of program management and change management experience.Have experience in the consumer finance, automotive finance, or leasing industry.Understand how systems work and the technical thinking patterns of your colleagues.Exhibit strong communication and management skills, with technical to functional translation skills and vice versa.Demonstrate strategic thinking, analytic and problem-solving ability.Build strong relationships and understand the needs and agendas of others.Achieve alignment while considering different stakeholders and initiatives.Possess a solution-thinking mentality.We are Santander Consumer Finance SA, Branch Netherlands, part of Santander Group, is one of the largest financial institutions in the world.
