IT Business Analyst (Salesforce CPQ, billing, eCommerce) KYIV, UKRAINE BARCELONA, SPAIN IT & SECURITY HYBRID We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analyst (Salesforce) with CPQ, billing, and eCommerce knowledge to join our Salesforce team.Act as a liaison between the IT department and our business stakeholders. Develop a trusting relationship by communicating on a regular basis, providing transparency, and creating a positive, cooperative working relationship between IT and the rest of the business.Demonstrate awareness and a deep understanding of relevant business processes. Work closely with our business stakeholders to gain and later support their domain-specific processes. Cultivate an awareness of their current and future needs, identifying, addressing, and communicating possible IT and/or automation implications.Leverage your understanding of the current automation of CPQ, billing, and eCommerce business processes. Gain sufficient knowledge of our current automation of CPQ, billing, and eCommerce processesfrom end to end, including all integrated solutions and complemented with manual steps.Analyze business needs. Identify needsvia regular communication with business stakeholders. Elicit requirements efficiently via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, documentation, etc.Translate business needsinto business requirements documentation and make specifications of detailed functional requirements in user stories.Support training:in cooperation with the business, develop training materials relevant for our business stakeholders related to our CPQ automation, billing, or eCommerce implementations.System configuration:perform Salesforce CPQ, billing, or eCommerce configuration when a solution can be provided without customization/coding (clicks and buttons), for example, by setting up products and pricing rules, templates, reports, roles, etc.Ensure that the validation process allows us toassess the value deliveredby the solution(e.g.,by reviewing testing scenarios and making sure that those cover the business requirements in the scope of a project; by ensuring that testers represent users sufficiently). Support E2E testing prior to UAT testing. Coordinate testing activities and ensure the right bug resolution and CR process.
