We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools - we've barely noticed the change!Mission and responsibilities:As IT/Business Analyst, you will become part of the payments team taking care of the design and adaptation of the front, back-end and processes associated with the different payment clearing houses.Carrying out all the project, and analytics initiatives including the coordination of testing and process implementation.Be the translator between business needs into functional and technical specifications, validation with key areas (Front Office, IT, Business...), test cases definition & software testing, design, deployment, maintenance, and SW enhancements.Become Subject matter expert for the Payments transactions domain, with full knowledge of the products, processes and channel challenges.Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and find a solution using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.To be successful in the role you must have:Bachelor's/Master's Degree related with Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar.High level of English and Spanish.3+ years of Retail banking experience preferably within payments solutions.Well-rounded skill set with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a get the job done type of attitude.Problem Solving / Complexity / Innovation skills.Being a team-player and get easily adapted to changes.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events (virtual at present).Would you like to grow with us?
