Experience in IT Governance.Great communication skills and excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).Operating Model Design: Experience in the creation of IT operation models (organizational, process and technology).Change Management: Experience in transforming operating models in complex environments.Process Mapping and Optimization: Proficiency in the use of tools such as Visio, BPMN, or similar.Frameworks and best practices: Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and corporate governance frameworks.Digital tools: Mastery of collaboration and analysis platforms (Miro, Lucidchart or Power BI).Behavioral Skills:Strategic Thinking: Ability to align organizational design with business objectives.Communication: Strong ability to translate technical concepts for executive and operational audiences.Negotiation and influence: Manage stakeholders and gain buy-in for operational changes.Analytical skills: Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
