Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.Strong knowledge of SAP APO Demand Planning or any other planning tools like OMP or KINAXIS.Basics knowledge in SAP ERP, SAP BW.Understanding of business processes in the area of "Demand & Supply Planning" and ability to translate them into application requirements.Good understanding of the IT Landscape, Master and transactional data needed for Demand Planning. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements plus test, document and deliver solutions incl. training to the end users, deployment and support teams.Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation plus support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain.Work with business partners to conduct paper-based design, solution sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.
