Our 97,000 employees operate a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.Job DescriptionMore specifically, you will:Build trust relationships with key business stakeholders to achieve their objectives.Lead business requirement discussions and workshops to identify, clarify and document business needs.Work closely with the Business Product Owner (BPO) to determine priority and business adding value of the requirements.Conduct impact analysis on existing business processes and current functional landscape.Deliver functional design documentation and/or review the functional design delivered by third party partners.Document clear step by step business process flows.Develop business user stories with Business Process Owner including corresponding acceptance criteria.Define user acceptance test approaches and oversee the user acceptance test execution.Be highly data driven to support discussions with the business towards measurable requirements, aligned with project goals.Help on the design of high-quality dashboards and KPIs helping key business stakeholders in their strategic decisions.Assist the change management team in preparing training material and sessions.Support deployment and rollout plans.Maintain collaborative relationships with IT peers and external vendors.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis in a high technology or Internet-based software development environment.Minimum 5 years' experience in System Administration/Configuration of Salesforce (i.e., Sales + Service + Experience Clouds).
Certifications are a plus.Good knowledge in Agile development methodology (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Kanban) and understanding of Application Lifecycle Management.Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and techniques (e.g., business process modeling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories and use cases definition).Organizing and prioritizing requirements using techniques such as product roadmaps, epics, user stories and backlogs.Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Other languages are a plus.Additional Information:This position will be based at our IT hub in Madrid and provides a hybrid working environment.
