What you will do: Shadow team members to deeply understand business needs.
Analyze data and create actionable insights to support decision-making.
Design workflows and document IT architecture to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.
Develop compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
What you bring & who you are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Credit Risk and regulatory environments.
Experience with risk data, reporting, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and programming skills in Python or R. Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
