Tasks Your responsibilities working as an IT Business Analyst will be: Reporting directly to and working in close collaboration with the Transformation Lead Supporting local, regional, or global projects and initiatives Reviewing, understanding, and documenting current ASIS operating model and detailed processes Reviewing, understanding, and documenting current systems Supporting on TOBE process design and documentation, including the needed controls Performing and documenting Gap Analysis on process and systems Defining, implementing, and reporting KPIs and SLAs by putting particular attention to details Performing pre-go live readiness check with local and central organization Participating on and/or facilitating workshops for ASIS documentation and knowledge transfer Preparing training material for central and local team, support on training delivery and follow-up on execution Creating Business Requirement documents for enhancements or bug resolution when applicable Providing test-case scenarios and support on testing when needed Supporting on defining reporting needs and solutions Requirements Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have ideally 2-4 years of experience in: Process analysis, process engineering, IT, or business analysis roles Operations management (finance and non-finance), involved in continuous improvement projects You are English proficient (Other EU languages is a plus) You have an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI SalesForce and NetSuite knowledge is a plus You have skills in process documentation, optimization, and re-engineering You have a previous usage and/or configuration of Ticketing tool You are familiar with PowerPoint, Visio (or other process design tools), Oracle You are dynamic, curious, highly organized with a methodical approach and you pay special attention to details You have knowledge of RPA You have some knowledge of the Recruiting Industry You have strong reporting skills You have strong communication skills, team spirit, and empathy You are able to work under pressure You can multitask and successfully manage various projects simultaneously You have a 'Doer' attitude You can start ASAP Benefits What's in it for you?
