Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionAs a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Agile Work Toolkit Product to ensure Roche's agile and product needs are effectively adapted and translated into our tool offerings, providing support for all roles in the process.
Specifically, in strategic analysis and solution prioritization, you will ensure that the selected options are most effective in enhancing productivity and fostering efficient collaboration.
Furthermore, you will align solutions with business objectives, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
By translating strategic goals into clear specifications, you will ensure our tools are configured and customized to meet the organization's agile requirements, promoting a unified vision and aligning processes with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Provide expertise by identifying, evaluating, designing and deploying systems and processes that are lean and cost-effective, aligning with user requirements and technology roadmaps.Conduct business requirement analysis, business case development, and make recommendations to improve the experience on technology products.Demonstrate expertise in business process and/or data modelling by analysing, defining, and documenting detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops, and expert engagement.Work with business users of new and/or changed products to modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive economic benefits.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and stakeholders in Business and IT.Ensure all applications supporting the business are compliant with internal Roche security, risk management policies and practices, as well as external regulatory and statutory requirements.Facilitate and validate system and user acceptance testing.Who you are:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.3+ years' experience in IT related environments.Fluent in English.Able to work with minimal supervision, plan own work to meet objectives, and work independently.Considered as an asset:Agile Methodologies Experience (SAFe, Scrum, etc.
).International experience.Extensive IT project experience.Other languages.ITIL certification.Technical certifications in related technologies.Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, software and services in use for delivering information services.Strong influencing, communication, and team-working skills at all levels, as well as negotiation skills and a proven track record in getting mutual decisions and sign-offs.Technically and economically oriented analytical mindset paired with problem-solving skills, along with experience of applying industry standard business analysis methods.At Roche, we believe in diversity and inclusion as essential values for our success.
