The IT Bid Manager plays a critical role in driving the organization's revenue and growth through successful bidding.Bid Strategy and Planning:Develop a comprehensive bid strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify potential bid opportunities and assess their suitability for the company's capabilities.Proposal Preparation:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information, technical details, and pricing strategies for bids.Craft compelling and tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and technical solutions.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients together with the IT Business Developer Team.Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the bid process, addressing inquiries and concerns.Risk Assessment:Evaluate and manage potential risks associated with bids, including legal, financial, and technical risks.Implement risk mitigation strategies to increase the likelihood of bid success.Contract Negotiation:Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.Ensure that contracts align with company policies and protect the organization's interests.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that may impact bids.Use market insights to refine bid strategies and offerings.Record Keeping:Maintain organized records of all bid-related activities, communications, and documentation.Create a repository of successful bid templates, case studies, and best practices for future use.Performance Evaluation:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of bids and overall bid management effectiveness.Analyze and report on bid outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Ihre Profil Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, IT Management).Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT bid management, with a proven track record of winning significant bids.Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including software development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in bid management tools, project management software, and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of legal and contractual matters related to bid management.Professional certifications in bid management or relevant fields (e.g., APMP) are a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
