The Auditor – IT Audit is involved with the prevention, identification, and detection of IT security weaknesses over the IT environment supporting the company's operations and key processes. The Auditor – IT Audit is responsible for reporting and developing recommendations to abate risk associated with any control weaknesses identified from a corresponding audit.ResponsibilitiesConduct IT audits efficiently including analysis of business data and systems in conjunction with financial auditors and/or as standalone technical reviews.Identify and clearly define the root cause of control issues. Review and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls, and compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Provide recommended solutions to identified internal control concerns.Provide concise and timely updates to senior leadership.Be able to articulate impacts and provide solutions to risks identified through the course of an audit.Actively participate in global initiatives aimed at improving Internal Audit's processes and procedures.Provide supervision and coaching to less-experienced team members.What your background should look like:Education/Certifications:BS/BA degree in Information Science & Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or related degree required.MBA, foreign language skills, CISA and other related information technology certifications are a plus.Experience/Qualifications:3+ years of related IT or audit experience.Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience a plus.Expertise with concepts related to IT General Controls, operating system, database security configurations and application controls.Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.Hands-on experience with the use of data analytics tools such as ACL or IDEA preferred.Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA security or functional reviews a plus.Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management, peers, and other business contacts in a multi-cultural environment.Excellent analytical skills and capabilities to assess complex business processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills including fluent English writing and verbal skills required.
